Order Cancellation Policy

An order may be canceled as long as it is not in the shipping phase at the manufacturer's warehouse. Once an order is in the shipping stage it can no longer be canceled and it must then adhere to the return policy. All cancellation requests must be made by telephone and a cancellation number must be assigned. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee if the manufacturer warrants it.
