Email Order Confirmation

After an order is placed an email confirmation detailing your order will be sent to the email address supplied to our website during the order checkout process. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all information is correct in this email. Any errors with the order must be phoned in and corrected with AwardBedding.com immediately. If you do not receive an email confirmation for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to contact AwardBedding.com in order to obtain their order confirmation. Orders that need a change to address and have already shipped will be charged an address change fee. This fee originates with UPS/FedEx.

Note: Customers with spam blocking filters on their email may unknowingly filter the email confirmation to the trash or delete it. Please check your settings to make sure this is not the case.
