We want you to be completely satisfied with your AwardBedding.com purchase. Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the original shipping costs incurred by AwardBedding.com. All products must be returned in new and unused condition and contain all original labels and packaging materials. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee Guidelines:

1. Call our Customer Service department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return business address. Returns must be received within 14 business days of the RMA issue date.
2. Products must be new and unused. Returns must contain all original labels and packaging materials included with the shipment.
3. Use the original box(es) for shipping the product(s) back to us. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box in large, clear text.
4. Ship the product(s) to the address we supply to you. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you ship via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to retain the sender's copy of the shipment invoice and the shipment tracking number in the event of a lost shipment until the return product has been received.
5. Once the product(s) is/are received and verified to meet all of the above conditions, please allow 10 to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. AwardBedding.com will not refund original or return shipping costs or duties.

*AwardBedding.com reserves the right to refuse any product returns that do not meet the above criteria. Returned products may be refused or assessed a restocking fee if not returned in the original packaging. Used products will not be accepted under any circumstances, and will be returned to the original purchaser at their expense.

**All bedding products that are refused by the customer will be charged shipping fees for initial delivery and any fee associated with returning to manufacturer.

***Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to AwardBedding.com (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. If the refund is declined by the credit card processor then a store credit will be issued for the refund amount. If any return item fails inspection then a refund will not be issued. If requested by the customer, the return will be sent back to them at their shipping expense. Otherwise the return will be discarded. Original shipping costs incurred by AwardBedding include the actual freight cost of shipping the item plus any additional dropship or imposed fees by the manufacturer for the shipping of the item(s).
